Ovulation: Since you are now at mid-cycle, the most likely reason for your symptoms is ovulation. At the time of ovulation the cervical mucus becomes profuse and egg white like helping sperm get to the egg. It is not uncommon to see some blood in the discharge due to the swing in hormones at this time. With ovulation the cyst the egg has been growing in ruptures and that can cause some pain or cramping.
