PRP: I really like PRP in hair that is thinning, but not necessarily to the point of wanting a transplant yet. You can get improvement with just one treatment, but usually really good results with 2-3 treatments, one every 3-4 months. Topical minoxidil and finasteride oral can be helpful as well, but require daily dosing. There is also some suggestion that laser/light treatments can help.
