Musculoskeletal/IBS?: 20y female c/o "back, breast & stomach pain & anxiety". These symptoms cross tissue & organ systems. General medical exam is needed to rule out a wide variety of disorders. Endocrine & autoimmune disorders are of concern as is IBS. If the primary doctor fails to find a diagnosis, then fibromyalgia might be a consideration & Rheumatology eval is recommended. Problems seem not purely psychological.
