Needs to be checked: You did not say how long you have been having low grade fever and what is the reading.And beside headache any other associated symptoms etc.I suggest that you consult your family doctor and have it checked.The rash which looks like mosquito bites suggest that it may be an infectious condition.Either viral or some other.Get it checked asap
