I have had a miscarriage i stopped bleeding and had unprotected sex but then had a scan yesterday and was told theres some pregnancy tissue left. could i get pregnant whilst theres pregnancy tissue left?

No: As long as the residual fetal tissue is present HCG hormone will be secreted and ovulation will not usually occur to get pregnant. However, the greater concern is the residual tissue increases your risk of getting an infection if not removed or dissipated.
