See answer:: Excessive vaginal bleeding is common on Depo-Provera. This tends to subside with continued use. Passing tissue would not be an effect of the medication, but if you're bleeding heavily you may have larger blood clots looking like tissue. Estrogen pills or transdermal patch may help stop excessive bleeding. Consult your Dr. SEE:http://abt.cm/1Is7lzm
