Which is the safest muscle relaxant with least side effects to us?

None work on muscles: They all wok on brain stem to reduce brain signals to muscles which are responsible for resting muscle tension, thus all have other effects, such as slowed reactions, missing important details. Better approach focusing on what is driving ↑ed muscle tension. Study some of the work of John E. Sarno, MD. In US, I have long seen decent responses to cyclobenzaprine, only TXing symptoms, not curing.
