LLQ pain: TasneA.43 ~ this is probably ovulation pain because you are not sexually active and no urinary sympts and so pelvic inflammatory disease unusual and the increase vaginal discharge may be the mucorrea that often accompanies ovulation. Take a FEW motrin 200mg x 2 three x a day for a few days and if it get WORSE SEE a Dr. The APPENDIX IS ON THE OTHER SIDE! THANKS
