Yes: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) in normal therapeutic doses is considered relatively safe durin breast feeding.Some infants may become irritable, lose weight or not sleep because of increased sensitivity, but most do not. See: hale t, medications and mother's milk, 15ed, 322-323, 2012.
