There is evidence : That fish oil can decrease blood pressure but it's a rather small effect. It's not a first line therapy but can help some individuals. But realize the true value of fish oil supplements is a mixed picture of evidence. Your best bet is still to try to get your omega 3s directly from fish consumption, flax seeds, chia seeds etc.
