Probably: 85% of women conceive within one year of actively trying. Unless you have a history of infertility, you odds are pretty good. Oral contraceptives are not harmful to a pregnancy, and usually clear your system within days or weeks of stopping, so you can try as soon as you stop them. I recommend starting Prenatal vitamins with at least 4mcg Folic Acid asap to prevent neural tube defects.
