Diarrhea: Based on my calculations it has been about 5 days of abnormal bowel habits? Diarrhea is generally self limiting and not in need of investigation unless a patients has fever, recent antibiotic use, blood in the stool, severe pain or symptoms lasting greater than 3 weeks.
