One sexual event: Regarding emergency contraception pills, having sex twice (3 hours apart) is the same as having sex one time (one event), so one would take her pills according to the instructions on the packaging as if she had sex one time. If the package has one pill for one event (not a 2-pill dosing schedule), then one pill should be enough. And, no more "unsafe" sex until a baby is desired.
