Several : There are several organs below your belly button including your bladder, part of your intestines, your uterus, tubes, and ovaries. The most likely of these to be bubbling would be your intestines which move ( called peristaltisis) as they move food along but this doesn't only happen while standing. It is possible that you only notice it at that time. Hope this helps.
