Water: The healthiest is pure water. Tap water may contain contaminants, chemicals and if comes from well or city town source. Can have it tested. Simple - buy brita water filter. Why do want alkaline water? Guess put alka seltzer in water, voila alkaline water good stomach upset. Shame but pure water hard to find naturally. Bottled ok but plastic bottles problem. Get good water filter.
