Penile Rash: Good morning this very well may be a normal and temporary problem. But, if it is swelling or has any open sores or pus you will need to be seen at your clinic. Most common in this area is a fungal dermatitis also known as "jock itch". I also often see a staph infection (darker red and swollen). Hope that helps.
