Too Early to tell: Symptoms like breast soreness are very nonspecific. It is way to early to tell if you are pregnant, although you could be. Wait until you miss a period then take a pregnancy test to see. Home tests are very accurate and can be positive 9-10 days after conception, but to avoid unneeded stress wait 3-4 days after your period should have started.

Take a rest: Sore full feeling in breasts will not always determine that you are pregnant. Being anxious to become pregnant & having frequent intercourse is not always successful. Have intercourse to enjoy the closeness with your partner when the opportunity strikes. Then do a home pregnancy test. If neg repeat in one week. If still negative repeat in one more week. If pos rejoice. If still neg keep trying
