Seborrheic keratosis: Seborrheic keratosis (http://goo.gl/Wx1nH6)is often described as a black or brown oily patch that appears stuck/glued in place. It's benign (non-cancerous). Some folks have many. Nevus or mole is another common black spot. Since you've never noticed it before, see your Family Doc or Dermatologist for evaluation & possible biopsy/excision.
