I stubbed my pinky toe on a wardrobe, it's swollen and after a few hours of hopping about the inside of my toe is all purple, and it's very sore to walk on, i can hardly move that toe my itself and it feels restricted in some way. could it be broken?

Yes: Or dislocated. Get xrays.mapply ice. No tight shoes.
