About 3.5 weeks ago: A woman who is five and a half weeks pregnant would have conceived three and a half weeks ago. That is because we count pregnancy weeks by adding 2 weeks to when conception (fertilization) is estimated to have occured. All natural pregnancy dates are estimates (not exact dates). No woman knows the exact moment when her natural conception actually occurs.
