Twin delivery: If the first baby isn't head down then c section would be the route to go. If you have mono-amniotic twins then the risk of still birth is high enough to warrant a scheduled c section. If you mean diamniotic monochorionic and your Ultrasounds and antenatal testing is normal with 1st baby head down then it is fine to try vaginal birth with the understanding that baby #2 may need a c section
