Headache: Severe refractory headaches referred as worst headache of my life, specially if abrupt onset, may suggest a very serious condition (brain hemorrhage). Migraine, the most common form of primary headache disorders can be severe. Other conditions can cause headaches. Sinusitis, and trauma for instance may also cause severe haedaches. For proper diagnosis and treatment i suggest medical evaluation.
