See ans: Many possibilities. You need a complete exam and history. For example how was the birth history. Ask your mother if there were any complications in birth like hip dysphasia? The any trauma? Are heavy or normal weight? Did you play sports? Any illnesses? A complete history must be taken first and then an exam to give you a diagnosis.
