Maybe just a little: Be married first. Then decide whether or not to have children right away. If "yes", stop birth control methods, and be sure to have sex once or twice a day during the most fertile days. The fertile days are about 5 days before ovulation, through 2 days after ovulation. One can estimate that ovulation happens 14 days BEFORE the start of the next period (easier to do if having regular periods).
