See remark: It is hard to know without telling us if you "bumped" on something,you had sexual contact,is it red-painful-itchy bleeding ...at any rate soak the penis in warm water for 5-10 minutes twice a day..it may go away.... Let us know and please describe the condition with some detail good luck
