Menstrual quest: An average menstrual cycle is 28 days. Ovulation occurs 14 days before the 1st day of menstrual bleeding. It is only possible to become pregnant if sperm comes in contact with the egg extruded during ovulation 2 days before or after ovulation. If you have a cycle longer than 22 days it is unlikely that you are pregnant. Having said that, it's probably a good idea to have a urine pregnancy test
