GET DIAGNOSIS: Wrist pain from repetitive usage can be due to nerve compression at wrist, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, synovitis, and bony dysfunction within wrist structures. Suggest you have your doctor evaluate, and if cause not clear, get hand consultation. For time being avoid repetitive wrist flexion/extension activities, and use wrist splint at night.
