Please see your: doctor. They will be able to look at the bumps and possibly culture the discharge to properly diagnose and treat you (if necessary). If you have had oral sex, it is possible that you have a sexually transmitted disease, even though you are a "virgin," but this certainly could be an irritation or infection, unrelated to that.
