Not likely: Abdominal and low back pain are not known side effects of taking birth control pills. Remember birth control simply contain Estrogen and Progesterone but in specific doses that prevent ovulation. As a female your ovaries already have been producing these same hormones for many years. Seek other causes for your pain.
