Perfect treatment: The two pills were azithromycin 500 mg each, 1 gram total. That's exactly how chlamydia should be treated. It's a very long acting antibiotic and will be in your system for 10 days. There is a slightly higher chance of treatment failure during pregnancy, so be sure you are retested in a few weeks. Also, any and all sex partner(s) in the past 2-3 months must be treated, even fi they test negative.
