Could be Peytonie's: My question is: flaccid or erect. Is it painful either flaccid or erect. This could be Peyronie's disease. It also could be result of some sort of trains with scarring. Take a picture with your camera or phone, make an appt with a Urologist. At age 19, Peyronie's would be unusual. I have never seen it in under 45 men. It could be a birth defect. Check it out
