Could be: Missing periods and a brown discharge could be due to some contraceptive methods or could be due to pregnancy. Start with a pregnancy test and, if it is negative, repeat it in 3-5 days to be sure. If it is still negative see your PCP or GYN for a full history, exam,and appropriate testing to find out what is going on in your case. Hope this helps.
