May not be: your shoulder!! Is your neck "stiff".. there may be a pinched nerve in your neck which runs down your shoulder/arm! Try placing some wet heat on the back of your neck and contact your Primary Care Provider for a definite Diagnosis! Hope this helps! Dr Z
