Tricky w/out an exam: really doubtful for an std, but that is still at least possible. On the other hand, dilation of the normal veins around that area (HEMORRHOIDS) are extremely common. Not very common to be CAUSED by anal sex, but everyone having anal sex will notice hemmorrhoids that are there even if they never noticed them before.
