Healthy: Less (but not no) meat, more vegetable & fruits. Good physically fitness and endurance is a must. Too much weight hurts you physically and sexually. Any food claimed to improve your sexual prowess works only in your imagination. If you think it helps, it may just do that . There will be many other answers and I am certainly No Dr Kinsey on this issue.
