I have these bumbs on the shaft of my penis. they're like pimples because when you squeeze them, the white puss comes out, what are they?

Pimples? Molluscum?: If liquid pus, it's probably just pimples. But if the bumps are shiny and pink, or if some of them have dimples in the center, and if the white core is solid, then probably molluscum contagiosum. (You can google MC and see photos.) Herpes always comes to mind, but doesn't sound like it, unless most lesions started as superficial blisters with clear fluid. Stop squeezing them and see a doctor.
