Safe sex: Using condoms helps prevent the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV, gonorrhea, chlamydia, trichomoniasis, syphilis, herpes and HPV. It is certainly not pointless to use a condom. I am sure the recipient would still find it pleasurable.
