Ph-impedance : This is a test that requires a tube that passes through the nose and in to the stomach and stays there for 24 hours. If looking specifically for bile reflux, stay on anti-acid medications. I will tell you about liquid reflux, and on medication that would typically be non acid liquid and/or bile. Its important to correlate your symptoms with these reflux events. May need a referral to a GI doc for This. Hope this helps!
