Expected: the area of your back around the initial injury site can also spasm to help and protect the original area of injury during the night and will be uncomfortable as well until you move around in the morning

Depends on location: This depends on the location. The entire buring is more myofascial pain and you may have that as the entire diagnosis with paresthesias. You will need to have your physician evalaute that diagnsois.
