Hair loss in female: is easier to handle . In men is due to genetically programed early on set of male baldness . You already alluded you have ' oily scalp ' that could be problem , other conditions contribute , like anaemia , poly cystic ovaries, thyroid problems , contraceptives , allergy medications , infections ( fungal ) etc . Don't worry see a dermatologist will cure you.
