Fatigue headaches: While fatigue and headaches can be symptoms of pregnancy, in your case, with an IUD in place, the likelihood of pregnancy is exceedingly low. If symptoms persist, run a pregnancy test. In the mean time seek out other causes of your fatigue and headaches.
