ComplaintvsDisorder: Female sexual arousal disorder relate to inability to get aroused (vagina moist, nipples hard, etc) with clitoral stimulation. To be a disorder it must cause personal distress. Arousal: Sexual arousal disorder a form of sexual dysfunction in which one can't attain or maintain arousal until the completion of sexual activity. It is different from hypoactive sexual desire disorder in which there are no sexual fantasies or anorgasmia in which one becomes aroused but can't climax. The diagnosis is highly subjective/non-specific and it is therefore difficult to say how common it is.
