Usually not: but if you develop PID from chlamydia you can have unusually heavy periods.

See a doctor: I am less worried about your bleeding and more worried about the fact you may have chlamydia! You need to be seen right away to test for this, chlamydia can ruin your fertility for the rest of your life. Please get tested immediately, and use condoms to prevent a future infection!
