Recommend ER visit : neuropathic symptoms happens usually in chronic alcoholics. Black out history is concerning in your scenario. If you hit your head when you black out its better to get a head and neck CT scan to make sure nothing inside your brain or neck causing this. If developing weakness it is more concerning.
