Can marine collagen gives side effect such as causing acne due to allergies?

Allergies: i would believe that is possible yes, you may want to get allergy tested

Topical?: I've not seen allergy from this, doesn't mean it can't occur, tho. But "acne" does not happen from allergy. An allergic rash from topical creams/ointments can look red and angry but isn't acne - itching is way worse. And injecting foreign collagen certainly could trigger allergy; but again not acne alone. See dermatologist to sort it out.
