Yes: Its not possible to be pregnant after a "true" period; however, a period that comes early may not be a period. Sometimes it is pregnancy related bleeding. It can sometimes be helpful to do a home pregnancy test after the date of your expected period. If you have a lot of pain, or very heavy bleeding, you need to see a doctor. Best wishes!
