Prostaglandins: Semen contains a high amount of certain chemicals that cause muscle contraction. The separation between the vagina and the rectum is a fairly thin tissue and there are muscles there that contract (squeeze) to help get stool out. You may be especially sensitive to the prostaglandins causing your muscles to contract and resulting in a bowel movement. Try going beforehand if you can if it bothers.
