Excessive sweating without any reason?

Hyperhidrosis: Sometimes this is due to disease such as over active thyroid. You do not mention any other symptoms, so you probably have genetically determined hyperhidrosis. A dermatologist can evaluate and perhaps help you. Usually the condition is limited to a specific area such as the palms or armpits. There are a variety of approaches to therapy.

HYPERHIDROSIS : HYPERHIDROSIS OR EXCESSIVE sweating demands a through evaluation. A full exam and labs especially TFTS and HA1C to evaluate for diabetes. If the workup is normal, there is a topical therapy called DRYSOL. Also Botox injections are very helpful and if that fails there are surgical options as well.
