Am 2mths 9days pregnant and i can't eat well at all always vomiting nd i don't know what to do?

Call your OB: There are medications that can be prescribed and almost all OB providers have an after hours/weekend answering service. Call the office and see if you can reach the on call provider. Have a 24 hour pharmacy # ready for the provider as well as you date of birth and allergies.
