Yes: Your SGPT level is much higher than normal and you should see a doctor. If you drink alcohol, stop entirely. Tell you doctor all the medications, including herbal ones that you may be taking. Do not take Tylenol or acetaminophen. If you are overweight it would help to lose weight.
